Tagalog for Toddlers... and Their Clueless Parents

We originally got the Filipino Pad for our baby, but let’s be real - my husband and I are learning right alongside him lol. Neither of us speak Tagalog fluently, so this sound board has turned into a family-level crash course. It's like Dora the Explorer but make it Filipino/Tagalog, and slightly more chaotic because no one in the room knows what’s going on at first.

The audio is super clear, the pronunciation is way better than whatever we were guessing, and it makes learning feel less intimidating (and kind of hilarious when the baby gets it right before we do).

If you're trying to reconnect with your roots, raise a bilingual baby, or just want to avoid being schooled by your toddler in Tagalog, this little device is gold. Salamat po, Filipino Pad, for helping this confused but determined family say more than just kamusta.

Love this!

This is a great lil pad that we purchased for our 9-month-old grandson. He enjoyed hearing the music, but I think his parents will learn more from it at this time than he will. Lol. At least he'll hear it and a seed to Tagalog will be planted. I especially love the quiz feature on the pad. We love it so much we purchased the book set which we know he'll interact with more.
