Absolutely. Safety and quality are at the heart of everything we create. All LingoDodo products are made using child-safe, non-toxic materials and are tested to meet applicable international safety standards.

We’re committed to making things right. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@lingododo.com. Our team will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Please first check your mailbox, porch, building office, neighbors, or any common delivery area. If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier in your zip code and provide your tracking number, and then reach out to us with your order number so we can help with the next steps.

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to many countries. However, please note that customs duties and taxes may be applicable to your order, and these fees are the customer's responsibility.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. LingoDodo Pads and Plush Toys include a 3-month limited warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

First, check that the batteries are installed correctly and that the toy is turned on. Try replacing the batteries with new ones. If the issue continues, contact us with your order number and a short video showing the problem.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they were received. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
