Refund policy

If the item(s) in your order is damaged in transit or does not match the items you placed an order for, you may return the item(s) to us within 15 days after delivery and we will either issue a refund or replace the item(s) within 15 days with the terms and conditions below:

i Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ii If an item is subject to a replacement, a similar item will be replaced with it. 

iii If an item is undamaged or without issues, you will not be entitled to a replacement.

You are responsible for all shipping charges that incur during the return process. We do not provide return labels.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items, especially International addresses that refuse delivery and return the item will be charged shipping fee to their country. Toys with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. NOTE: A $20 shipping, handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
