We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee with every purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items, especially International addresses that refuse delivery and return the item will be charged shipping fee to their country. Toys with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
This Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable and applies only to “LingoDodo” products or parts. Language Pad™ is covered by a 30 day warranty from the original purchase date, under normal use and service, against defective workmanship and materials. This Warranty does not apply to (a) consumable parts, such as batteries; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents; (c) damage caused by use with non-LingoDodo products; (d) damage caused by accident, misuse, unreasonable use, immersion in water, neglect, abuse, battery leakage, or improper installation, improper service, or other external causes; (e) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by LingoDodo in the owner's manual; (f) a product or part that has been modified (g) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
Prior to returning a product for any reason, please notify LingoDodo. If the service representative is unable to resolve the issue, you will be provided instructions on how to return the product and have it replaced under Warranty. Return of the product under Warranty must adhere to the following rules:
If LingoDodo believes that there may be a defect in the materials or workmanship of the product and can confirm the purchase date and location of the product, we will at our discretion replace the product with a new unit. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining Warranty of the original product or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage.
THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IF LINGODODO CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO THE REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY LINGODODO IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
To the extent permitted by law, LingoDodo will not be responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of Warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of profits.
